About The Position
The Sr Scrum Master has primary responsibility of ensuring the effective application of Agile practices and Scrum framework to complex project execution and facilitating the learning and growth of one or more (typically multiple) Agile teams in developing a lean-Agile mindset, improving practices, and guiding them to more predictable delivery. The Sr Scrum Master plays a role in facilitating Agile ceremonies, planning of releases, removing impediments, providing guidance, and supporting Agile teams as well as modeling and promoting Agile values and principles.
