About the position

The Sr Scrum Master is responsible for leading agile teams in the Wealth Management sector, ensuring effective project delivery and fostering strong client relationships. This role requires extensive experience in managing large-scale projects and proficiency in agile methodologies, with a focus on budget management and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Manage project budgets and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Guide teams in the adoption of agile practices and principles.
• Support large-scale project deliveries and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Certified Scrum Master certification is mandatory.
• Experience in Wealth Management is required.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and budget management.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Visio and MS Project is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall software development methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

• Preferred experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or other agile software development tools.
