About the position

The Trust and Security organization at DocuSign is seeking a passionate and self-driven Senior Security Technical Product Manager to enhance and enable the company to expand and protect its brand. This role is pivotal in maturing a global portfolio of information security services, tools, and product capabilities. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for innovating and implementing product initiatives from ideation to release, focusing on key areas such as Security in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Security insights, metrics, and reporting. Your primary responsibility will be to define roadmaps, connect with internal and external customers, and deliver on our brand trust to our customers. This position emphasizes internal product management of security products and services, ensuring that they align with the company's overall business objectives and market demands. In this individual contributor role, you will report directly to the Vice President of Security Assurance. You will champion user-centric design principles, ensuring that the user experience of our security technology is intuitive and seamless. You will lead the development lifecycle from ideation to execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions. Your responsibilities will also include evaluating, selecting, and implementing new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration between different platforms and systems. As a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders, using data analytics to measure marketing performance and track key metrics. Additionally, you will develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our security tech stack, manage the roadmap prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact, and ensure that our security products and services remain innovative and competitive. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and trust of DocuSign's security offerings, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Champion user-centric design principles to ensure intuitive user experience of security technology.
  • Lead the development lifecycle from ideation to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure seamless integration and collaboration between different platforms and systems, focusing on composable architecture.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  • Use data analytics to measure marketing performance, track key metrics, and generate insightful reports.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the security tech stack around key internal customer experiences.
  • Manage the roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and internal customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Cyber Security background and experience.
  • 8+ years experience as a Product Manager.
  • Experience designing and delivering internet-scale, enterprise-wide information security technology products and capabilities.
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of technology tools, preferably with composable architecture, including security Automation Platforms, and Data and Business Insights.
