About the position

The Sr. SEO Manager at Neighborly will lead the SEO team in analyzing organic search performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to develop effective SEO strategies, conducting website audits, and managing SEO vendors to ensure high-quality delivery. The position is pivotal in driving the company's digital marketing efforts and enhancing the visibility of Neighborly's service brands.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director of SEO, SEO team members, and other digital marketing leads to craft SEO strategies.
  • Perform website audits and competitive analyses to identify content gaps and optimization opportunities.
  • Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) for the Neighborly App.
  • Conduct keyword analysis to optimize coverage of existing and new service offerings.
  • Identify technical website improvements to enhance organic performance.
  • Define KPIs and monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance.
  • Craft monthly, quarterly, and annual digital marketing reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Manage SEO vendors to ensure high-quality delivery and comprehensive performance reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Data Analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with SEO and a deep understanding of search engine ranking criteria, including local ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfort with SEO tools such as SEM Rush and Ahrefs.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and passionate about SEO.
  • Skilled in project management; highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication; comfortable presenting ideas to executive groups and key stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analysis skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Information Technology preferred.
