About the position

The Sr. Social Media Manager (B2B/SaaS) at Vimeo is responsible for developing and executing the company's organic social media strategy across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Reddit, and TikTok. This role aims to create engaging content that drives audience engagement and enhances brand perception while supporting business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends and storytelling, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement integrated campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and Facebook.
  • Lead the creation of compelling and informative content tailored to consumer/creator and B2B/SaaS audiences.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of Vimeo's LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Facebook channels, including content scheduling and community engagement.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of social media efforts.
  • Utilize social listening tools to identify trends and gather audience insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and employer branding initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of the latest tech social media trends and platform updates.
  • Provide regular reports on performance across social platforms and optimize strategy accordingly.
  • Implement strategies to engage with and grow the community across all channels.
  • Facilitate community management across key social channels.
  • Develop an employee advocacy program to enable participation in social media content amplification.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B/SaaS social media marketing with a proven track record.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Facebook platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills for crafting compelling social media copy.
  • Proficient in content creation and identifying social trends, including video and image editing.
  • Proactive and collaborative team player with project management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in SaaS influencer marketing or community building.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles for social media content optimization.
  • Familiarity with Vimeo's platform, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Business Suite, and Figma.
