About the position

The Sr. Software Developer (VueJS) role is focused on developing high-quality web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically VueJS. The position requires strong technical skills in front-end development, REST APIs, and collaboration within an agile team environment. The developer will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers and ensuring adherence to best coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop Web Applications using REST APIs, Modern JavaScript Frameworks (VueJS) and CSS Frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap)
• Be part of an agile team delivering high quality enterprise software
• Develop design documentation as per computer system validation process
• Work independently as well as with other team members to implement and support planned functionality
• Lead and mentor junior developers and assist them to develop robust applications
• Participate in the code review process to ensure the developed adheres to the best coding practices
• Adhere to build-and-release schedules and strategies
• Evaluate new technologies and remain current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
• Drive and aptitude for learning new skills
• Ability to communicate effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• 8+ years experience in developing Web Applications using modern front-end frameworks on VueJS
• Experience in developing REST APIs using C# .NET Web API and integrating with frontend frameworks
• Experience with debugging Web Applications using Chrome developer tool
• Experience with Bootstrap CSS library
• Experience in developing optimized MS SQL stored procedures for large data sets
• Experience with object-oriented concepts and design patterns
• Experience in Agile software development
• Experience with Team Foundation Server as a code repository is a plus

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Experience with Cloud technologies AWS or Azure
• Experience/Knowledge in developing applications using open source technologies
