About the position
This position involves developing and testing major software system components while resolving complex hardware/software compatibility issues. The role requires conducting investigations and tests of considerable complexity, researching emerging technologies, troubleshooting complex problems, and providing customer support for software operating systems and applications. Additionally, the position includes providing guidance and leadership to less-experienced software engineers and serving as a task leader.
Responsibilities
- Develop and test major software system components.
- Resolve complex hardware/software compatibility and interface design considerations.
- Conduct investigations and tests of considerable complexity.
- Research emerging technologies to determine impact on application execution.
- Troubleshoot complex problems and provide customer support for software operating systems and application issues.
- Provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced software engineers.
- Serve as a task leader.
- Provide project effort estimations.
Requirements
- Master's degree or a foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Applications, Electrical and/or Electronics Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering (Any) or related field.
- Two years of experience in any position/title providing experience with DHCP.
