Apposite Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with a strong background in DPDK, Docker, IP Networking, and Linux. This position is crucial for the development of our network emulation solutions, which have been instrumental for over a dozen years in assisting some of the world's largest enterprises, technology vendors, and government organizations in launching high-performance applications. Our solutions cater to a diverse range of technology areas, including cloud migration, blockchain, 5G wireless, video streaming, cloud object storage, IoT, and more. As a key contributor in our small, fast-paced team, the ideal candidate will be expected to wear many hats and take on various responsibilities to drive our projects forward. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing architectures for Docker/container, cloud, and virtual solutions. You will also be required to communicate project status effectively with both engineering teams and management. The position involves development across multiple Linux and cloud environments, making familiarity with various Linux distributions and cloud platforms essential. Experience in porting existing products into cloud-based solutions will be considered a significant advantage, as it aligns with our goal of enhancing our offerings in the cloud space.
