Our platform team is responsible for building and maintaining the build, deployment and other productivity tools for other engineers in Amplitude. We are approaching this goal like a normal software development with other engineers as our customers. Our main focus in last year was building a new CI/CD pipeline using Argo toolset while our this year's focus will be building a development and debugging environment for our engineers. This is a highly technical role with an equal focus on nurturing and strengthening a team of highly experienced engineers, providing people management, and driving projects to successful, on-time and measurable outcomes. As the manager for the Analytics Foundation Engineering team, you will lead the team, taking ideas from concept to implementation by organizing ideas from the team and other engineers (which are our customers). You will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple projects up to demonstrating the outcomes. Facilitate engineering discussions and mentor others on technical implementation, engineering best practices, and career development. Help other engineers to grow and adopt the new tools and technologies.
