About the position

The Senior Solution Engineer will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and delivering software solutions in alignment with client standards. This role requires collaboration within a team throughout all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC). The position is remote but candidates must be located within the EST or CST time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop or modify code according to standards and practices.
• Identify and remove software defects.
• Provide development direction and collaborate with team members.
• Offer solution ideas and direction.
• Utilize software testing tools to ensure minimal defects in software.
• Lead and participate in code reviews.
• Share responsibility and assist team members in achieving goals.
• Communicate effectively with others.
• Mentor peers and junior software developers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional C# development experience required.
• Experience with ReactJS (or equivalent JavaScript library) is preferred.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Development is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Certification in technology relevant to position preferred, not required.
