About the position

The Sr. Solution Engineer will play a crucial role in the design, coding, testing, and delivery of software solutions, ensuring they align with the client's standards and practices. This position requires collaboration within a team throughout all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly in C#, and will be responsible for mentoring junior developers and leading code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop or modify code according to standards and practices.
• Identify and remove software defects.
• Provide development direction and collaborate with team members.
• Offer solution ideas and direction.
• Utilize software testing tools to ensure minimal defects in software.
• Lead and participate in code reviews.
• Assist team members in achieving their goals.
• Communicate effectively with others.
• Mentor peers and junior software developers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional C# development experience required.
• Experience with ReactJS (or equivalent JavaScript library) is preferred.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Development is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Certification in technology relevant to the position preferred, not required.
