Join the Systems, Application and Products (SAP) HR and Payroll Systems Team to perform SAP Payroll Systems Management activities in support of business requirements, improving or adding new functionality to the existing SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Human Capital Management (HCM) landscape as necessary. In this role, you will review existing solutions and processes to identify areas for improvement, maintain the integrity of the HCM solutions by reviewing build and run changes, and provide input for future solutions and system architecture by applying your knowledge of SAP HCM PY. You will assist with bridging the gap between understanding requirements, functional specifications, testing, and delivery, ensuring that all aspects of the payroll system are functioning optimally. Your responsibilities will include performing and managing configuration on SAP Payroll, managing projects and project teams to successfully deliver medium and large-scale projects, and working closely with key business stakeholders, vendors, and other IT teams to gather requirements. You will manage customer expectations and build consensus to deliver effective SAP Payroll solutions. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing business needs while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. You will also be expected to take on additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and the organization.
