About the position

We are looking for a Sr. Solutions Analyst to join our team. This position will play a pivotal role in discovering business needs and creating effective solutions to support innovative capabilities development in the Banking as a Service division. This position is eligible for a Hybrid schedule in Wichita, KS and surrounding areas. Remote in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and Kansas City, Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Identify goals and set measures of success for determining whether goals have been met
- Leverage data analysis, process mapping, and other tools to gain an effective view of the business domain and current state
- Define and prioritize critical business and solution requirements
- Identify and test key assumptions
- Use identified requirements and priorities to evaluate a breadth of solutions, which could include changes to people, processes, and technology, as appropriate
- Lead teams in evaluation of a build/buy partner decision using a range of qualitative and quantitative tools such as scorecards and financial analysis
- Where possible, use experimentation or pilots to test solutions and iterate quickly
- Partner with stakeholders to make an appropriate recommendation for a solution
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance BaaS offerings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to effectively perform responsibilities, balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders
- Exercise leadership and influence to drive outcomes
- Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or level of education that, together with industry experience, enables the applicant to meet the job requirements
- 5 years of experience in business analysis or similar field, preferably in the banking or fintech industry (BaaS preferred)
- Experience in banking or finance is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with large server-based applications and typical desktop software is required
