Strategic planning is also a vital component of the role. The individual will develop long-term business capability and technology plans that encompass all areas of IT. Advocacy for these plans with Product Owners and Management is essential to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, rationalizing applications by consolidating duplicate business functionalities into single products will be a key focus, enhancing efficiency and reducing complexity within the IT landscape.
