Splunk is seeking a highly motivated and inherently curious individual to join our dynamic pre-sales team as a Technical Advisor. In this role, you will be the primary technical advisor for our customers, acting as their technical advocate within Splunk. You will partner with the regional sales team to develop strategic and technical account and territory plans, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible solutions tailored to their needs. Your ability to demonstrate Splunk's products and solutions to customers, whether on-site or remotely, will be crucial, with a focus on value-based differentiators that set us apart from the competition. You will be responsible for responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs, showcasing your self-motivation and consistent track record in technical software sales. Strong collaboration skills and dynamic presentation abilities are essential, as you will need to communicate complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders, including through emails and reports. Your organizational and analytical skills will help you eliminate sales obstacles using creative and adaptive approaches, all while working in a fast-paced technical environment with a growing customer base.
