Requirements

  • 4-6 years of research and sourcing experience in recruiting for experienced roles, preferably in a fast-paced technology or digital company.
  • Well-networked in Engineering with established relationships and deep industry connections.
  • Adept at connecting with executives and influencing them through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborative and strategic, working seamlessly with Talent Partners and Hiring Leaders.
  • Diligent operator ensuring accuracy and compliance while using talent intelligence data.
  • Data-driven research approach with the ability to analyze market trends and articulate findings clearly.
  • Tenacious with a 'go-getter' attitude and dedication to exceeding expectations.
  • Creative problem solver who can think innovatively to overcome recruiting challenges.
