About the position

We are looking for a Sr. Specialist, Customer Marketing to join our team in Iselin, NJ. In this position, you will play a vital role in developing and executing strategies to enhance efficiency and operations across NA sales and commercial teams by leading cross-functional projects, managing sales enablement content, overseeing the NA marketing budget, optimizing omni-channel marketing activities, and driving event processes to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Identify key activities and cross-functional collaboration projects with Global Product Management Organization teams to streamline content management processes in North America.
  • Drive cross-functional engagement to maintain, organize, and optimize sales enablement systems, regional content, and strategic digital deployments; analyze content usage, link findings to business performance, and recommend strategies.
  • Coordinate with channel and customer marketing teams to achieve NA marketing objectives.
  • Develop and manage training for sales enablement platforms and content management systems, including feedback loops with super user groups for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end NA event strategies aligned with regional campaigns, leveraging data and marketing platforms to measure results and optimize lead routing in partnership with the Digital Team and sales leaders across Industrial, Medical, and Scientific.
  • Provide input on priorities for end-user council meetings.
  • Oversee and optimize the North America marketing budget to improve ROI across omni-channel activities.
  • Manage execution support, ensuring focus on strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or commensurate experience
  • 3 years of Marketing or Customer/Channel/Trade Marketing experience
  • Experience in B2B marketing of products within an agency and/or corporate environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Comfortable, experienced with digital tools, marketing/sales enablement systems.
