About the position

At MilliporeSigma, as the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will provide end-to-end execution of Display, Video, Paid Social, and Programmatic campaigns in the Science and Lab Sciences Digital & eCommerce team. This role is pivotal in media planning, audience creation, campaign setup, media buying, optimization, and reporting on insights and performance. You will collaborate with the Test & Learn Team to build valuable learning agendas and develop audience and targeting lists based on campaign goals. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing bidding strategies for each campaign, optimizing and monitoring day-to-day performance to meet campaign goals, and maintaining appropriate levels of quality control adhering to a rigorous QA process. In this role, you will optimize budget across targeting tactics to drive performance against KPIs and maintain intermediate knowledge of third-party ad servers, DSPs, DCO platforms, and other relevant Marketing Technology. You will also create and maintain reporting dashboards that enable stakeholders to independently monitor campaign performance. Analyzing performance and communicating needs for updated or upgraded creative and/or landing pages will be essential. You will consistently refresh creative in any always-on campaigns through a regular challenger/champion framework in partnership with both internal and external creative agency partners. Regularly reviewing tactics mix and shifting budget to better-performing line items will be part of your ongoing optimization efforts throughout the duration of campaigns. Combining data analysis and internal feedback to create optimization strategies and provide solutions will be key to your success. You will organize, distribute, and present campaign results to stakeholders, leveraging data for clear, concise storytelling, including clearly stating the incremental impact of campaigns and next steps. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • 2+ years previous work experience in digital marketing
  • 1+ years experience with Google Analytics, data visualization tools, and Excel
