Additionally, the Sr. Specialist will become a subject matter expert in search optimization, recommendations, and product categorization. Daily responsibilities include performing site testing, promotional testing, and marketing experience testing, with a requirement to complete daily site testing before 7 am during on-call rotations. The role demands strong collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align merchandising strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to digital merchandising.
