The Digital Merchandising Operations Sr. Specialist at KnitWell Group plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing the digital product assortment for Lane Bryant across various online platforms. This position is pivotal in implementing strategies that not only maximize sales but also enhance the overall customer experience. The Sr. Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that the digital product assortment is accurately represented online, which involves a keen understanding of customer preferences and company goals. In this role, the Sr. Specialist will monitor inventory levels closely and collaborate with inventory planners to ensure that products are consistently in stock and available for purchase. This requires a proactive approach to inventory management and a strong ability to analyze sales data to make informed decisions. Additionally, the Sr. Specialist will optimize product listings to meet platform requirements and best practices across various digital channels, including e-commerce sites and mobile applications. The position also demands a deep understanding of search optimization, product recommendations, and product categorization. Daily responsibilities include performing site testing, promotional testing, and marketing experience testing, with a specific requirement to complete daily site testing before 7 am during on-call rotations.
