The Sr Specialist, Product and Solutions Marketing at Cardinal Health plays a crucial role in supporting the Medical Segment Solutions business, particularly within the Presource® Products and Services franchise. This position is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio that includes Chemotherapy, Dental, Fluid Management, Lab, Organ Procurement, and Veterinary kits. The Presource® Products and Services division focuses on delivering insight-driven procedural solutions and products that enable customers to enhance efficiencies in patient care. The primary product managed in this role is the aggregation and delivery of procedure-specific bundles, which contain all necessary disposable intraoperative supplies for various surgical or medical procedures. The Presource® line consists of over 18 kit product categories, 17+ GPO contracts, and more than 36,000 finished good SKUs, with an impressive shipping volume of over 83 million units annually. In this role, the Sr Specialist will develop and implement both upstream and downstream strategies for the procedural portfolio of products. This includes conducting procedural assessments, developing insights, and overseeing the global commercialization of products. The position requires a strong understanding of marketing and product management disciplines to build effective business and product plans. The Sr Specialist will analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to make informed product recommendations and translate these insights into clearly defined product requirements and strategies. Additionally, the role involves managing the logistics of conferences, congresses, and events to enhance product and brand awareness. This includes preparing new product information, planning event logistics, negotiating event space, coordinating marketing efforts, and managing program budgets. The Sr Specialist will also measure lead generation resulting from these events, ensuring that Cardinal Health's products are effectively promoted and positioned in the market.
