About the position

As a Senior Specialist in Indirect Sales Operations at Comcast, you will play a crucial role in administering sales reports and client activity for the Product Sales Support team. This position requires you to provide analytical and statistical support, preparing standard sales forecasts, budgets, projections, and other management reports. You will leverage your in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills to determine your own work priorities while acting as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Your contributions will be vital in driving the success of the sales team and ensuring that they have the necessary data and insights to perform effectively. In this role, you will develop and manage a comprehensive sales reporting system that will provide adequate data and analysis for the Sales Support teams, as well as strategic insights for sales management requirements. You will coordinate the maintenance of weekly and monthly reporting, including recommending system changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your responsibilities will also include providing detailed reports to the sales force on their rankings, performing daily clerical and statistical reporting for the Product Sales team, and generating project estimates using in-house estimating tools and programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that relate to the Product Sales team's incremental sales performance and results. Capturing and updating all required reporting materials will be essential to provide customized reports for Product Sales management. This position requires the consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance, along with regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. You must be prepared to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed, and you will be expected to embody Comcast's Operating Principles, focusing on customer experience, teamwork, and driving results while promoting inclusion and diversity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales operations or a related field.
