About the position

We are seeking a Marketing Operations professional with extensive experience in Salesforce to join our dynamic Marketing Operations team. This role is pivotal in managing all lead and campaign record processes, ensuring that our marketing strategies align with the business's needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead management processes, particularly within enterprise environments, and will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance our marketing operations. In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring lead routing accuracy and ensuring that key data points are populated correctly. You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine and translate business needs into effective lead processes. Your role will also involve working with sales operations and IT to implement necessary changes in system setups and processes, ensuring data hygiene and proper lead data flow between applications, especially focusing on the integration between Eloqua and Salesforce. You will maintain comprehensive documentation on processes, configurations, and workflows for reference and training purposes. Proactively identifying and resolving technical issues, including system errors and data discrepancies, will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will partner closely with sales and sales enablement teams to ensure that lead-to-opportunity processes are adhered to by all teams involved. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you consistently evaluate all milestones of the lead workflow process, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. As a subject matter expert in Salesforce for marketing, you will assist with the evaluation, integration, and implementation of new and existing marketing technologies. Educating team members and stakeholders on Salesforce lead and campaign best practices will also be part of your role, ensuring that our marketing operations are optimized for success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all lead management operations within the CRM (Salesforce).
  • Monitor lead routing accuracy, ensuring key data points are populated correctly and lead recipients follow prescribed processes.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to understand, refine, and translate business needs into necessary lead processes.
  • Collaborate with sales ops and IT to implement necessary changes in system setup and/or processes.
  • Ensure data hygiene, segmentation, and proper lead data flow between applications, focusing on the Eloqua to Salesforce integration.
  • Maintain documentation on processes, configurations, and workflows for reference and training purposes.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues proactively, including system errors, deliverability problems, and data discrepancies.
  • Partner closely with sales/sales enablement to ensure lead to opportunity processes are followed by all teams.
  • Analyze all milestones of the lead workflow process to recommend improvements to process or system setup.
  • Advocate to stakeholders for necessary sign-off and buy-in for processes or system changes.
  • Assist with new and existing Martech evaluation, integration, and implementation/adoption.
  • Help educate team members and stakeholders on Salesforce lead and campaign best practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of working experience with Salesforce.com; admin experience or certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms focusing on MAP to CRM integrations regarding lead workflows.
  • Experience building both executive-level and operational reporting and dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Highly experienced in rolling out new lead management processes or scaling and improving existing processes with demonstrated success metrics.
  • Experience in advanced lead management, including lead life cycle, enrichment, quality, privacy, marketability, matching, scoring, routing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing process best practices and associated metrics.
  • Extensive understanding of Salesforce Campaign hierarchies and basic campaign attribution methodologies.
  • Experience project managing initiatives that span multiple teams and systems.

Benefits
