About the position

The Sr. Specialist Program FP&A Analyst at L3Harris plays a crucial role in Financial Planning & Analysis, focusing on leading monthly forecast reviews, financial reporting, and supporting strategic planning cycles. This high-visibility position requires collaboration with various functions to ensure accurate financial analysis and reporting, contributing to the company's mission in the defense industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for analysis of Division Program Orders, Sales, Op. Income, and Collections to ensure reporting accuracy
• Lead the Division Monthly Forecast Review (MFR) Process
• Support quarter-end Division close activities
• Support ISR Sector Reporting and analysis
• Support site-specific analyses
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for Leadership
• Provide ad hoc analysis and support as needed, such as margin optimization, material variance analyses, labor trend analyses

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel

• Experience with FCSTGov
• Experience with COBRA
• Experience in DOD financial analysis
• Experience with SAP, SMART View, Hyperion/Oracle EPM preferred
