About the position

The Sr. Specialist, SHRM Foundation Digital Marketing is responsible for executing the SHRM Foundation's programmatic initiatives through various digital channels. This role focuses on increasing awareness, fundraising, and brand building while ensuring the adoption of SHRM Foundation programs. The specialist will collaborate with the SHRM Foundation Team and Brand Marketing Manager to coordinate multiple projects, manage email campaigns, digital media, and content creation, all while adhering to brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Keep the SHRM Foundation website up to date with relevant information.
  • Create and prepare print and digital collateral.
  • Execute brand projects including logos, branded assets, and event support.
  • Coordinate with the social media team to promote key Foundation initiatives.
  • Compile and communicate analytics associated with deployed tactics.
  • Enforce brand standards across all communications and initiatives.
  • Draft compelling messaging for stakeholders that conveys the brand voice.
  • Deliver on product launch tactics and brand visibility initiatives.
  • Innovate ways to activate key events and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Measure and drive demonstrable business results and ROI through brand building.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and other branded communications projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5 years of related experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of social and digital media tactics.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Creative with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing email and paid digital media campaigns.
  • Knowledge of email best practices and CAN-SPAM laws.
  • Proficient in Marketo and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Demonstrated track record in marketing automation processes and data management.
