As a Senior Specialist Solution Architect for GenAI in Financial Services at Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will play a pivotal role in helping customers leverage AWS's cloud capabilities to achieve their business objectives. This position is part of the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) Financial Services Data/AIML team, which is dedicated to driving revenue, adoption, and growth across various customer segments, from small and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level clients, including those in the public sector. Your primary focus will be on defining, building, and deploying targeted strategies that accelerate customer adoption of GenAI services and solutions across different industry verticals. In this role, you will engage with product owners to influence product direction and assist customers in tapping into new markets by utilizing GenAI alongside AWS Services. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including startups and large enterprises, to develop joint go-to-market (GTM) plans, conduct joint-customer engagements, and create demos and proof-of-concepts for GenAI applications. Your technical expertise will enable you to articulate the benefits of GenAI-related services to both data scientists and C-Level executives, while your understanding of market trends will help drive market development and evangelism. You will be responsible for representing the voice of the customer, collaborating with field and central teams to relay customer feedback to product teams, and curating custom feature requests for unique use cases. Additionally, you will provide advanced technical knowledge to your aligned GTM teams to address critical business challenges and own the technical standards for specialist artifacts. Your role will also involve supporting field marketing efforts, sharing best practices through various forums, and guiding an internal community of technical experts to enhance the integration of new AWS solutions into customer architectures. This position is crucial for helping customers migrate workloads to the AWS cloud while ensuring a secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure for innovation.
