As a Sr Specialist in Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for the account management of client organizations, which may include sourcing and/or filling management and non-management job openings, including exempt, non-exempt, and contractor positions from internal and external sources. You may also manage client non-management adjustment initiatives. This role requires cross-functional client support and specialization in filling sales, customer service, or technical positions. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, recruiting, screening, testing, interviewing, and candidate selection. You will source candidates in areas where they are readily available and employ limited specialized identification and attraction methods. Additionally, you may be responsible for creating sourcing strategies, utilizing sourcing tools, and developing advertising and media campaigns to assess the effectiveness of recruiting activities. Maintaining established college recruiting partnerships and attending college recruiting events and job fairs will also be part of your role. You will manage and monitor vendor performance and relationships, including rate negotiation and issue resolution. Conducting research and analyzing data on assigned projects will be essential, as well as overseeing the non-management priority placement process. You will use best practices and solid knowledge of organizations, processes, clients, labor agreements, and internal and external business issues to improve the products and services provided. Compliance with company guidelines and providing consultation on guidelines to aid in the resolution of issues will also be part of your responsibilities. This position may require travel and may involve training or mentoring new or less experienced recruiters.
