About the position

As a Full Cycle Recruiter at Arm, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process as an individual contributor. This role is pivotal in sourcing and engaging candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating offers, thereby playing a critical role in building our team. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of the organization by attracting top talent in the technology sector. In this position, you will partner closely with the business and hiring managers to assess and define candidate requirements, guiding them on creative hiring strategies. You will also work on building solutions that align with our diversity, equity, and inclusion goals. Establishing rapport and relationships across all levels and functions will be essential to support exponential growth and achieve ambitious hiring targets. Your responsibilities will include utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, and events to source and attract potential candidates. You will conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panels. Ensuring a positive candidate experience will be a priority, as you proactively engage passive candidates and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you will collaborate with hiring managers and business partners to build competitive offers, leveraging your functional knowledge and understanding of applicant motivations. Data management and reporting will also be part of your role, as you will regularly manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and share data-centric updates. Contributing to employer branding initiatives and participating in job fairs and career events will further enhance your impact in attracting top talent.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in end-to-end Tech Recruitment.
  • Solid understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
  • Demonstrated success in using innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
  • Proven track record in engaging and handling senior partners as a 'Talent Advisor'.
  • Ability to advise, influence, and handle a range of partners.
  • Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment tools (iCIMS preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience recruiting for technical roles such as Hardware & ASIC/VLSI, software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, social media recruiting, and employee referrals.
  • Strong network in the tech or Semiconductor industry.
