The SQL Developer will be a key member of the Research Management Systems team, responsible for directing and supporting the database design and development process. This role is crucial for building a next-generation software solution that will assist investment teams in making informed decisions. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reliable, and scalable SQL databases.
• Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, and schema design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner.
• Implement and maintain database security protocols following best practices.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of SQL development experience
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proven experience as a SQL Developer in a software development or data management role, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
