The Sr Staff Inbound Product Manager at ServiceNow is responsible for leading product strategy to drive growth towards $10B+ in revenue. Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy that sets the company up for success in achieving revenue growth.
  • Communicate product priorities and build consensus among stakeholders.
  • Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner committed to outcomes across organizational boundaries.
  • Work with multiple teams to guide projects through development and deliver high-quality products.
  • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Translate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide effective solutions.
  • Develop multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences.
  • Promote efforts across different groups and influence stakeholders inside and outside the team.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of software product management experience.
  • Strong prioritization skills and discipline to focus on high-impact activities.
  • Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap.
  • Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Experience driving solution development through big-picture thinking.
  • Ability to serve as a team lead and coach employees at lower levels.
