Sr./Staff Process Integration Engineer

About the position

The position involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement the Plan for processes DoE and Optimization, ensuring timely achievement of project cost and schedule objectives. The role requires leading troubleshooting efforts of integrated processes through extensive process data mapping and analysis to develop effective solutions. Additionally, the candidate will create visibility to key metrics such as project status, project funnel, process capability measures, and SPC. The individual will lead a team to meet financial objectives, including yield and scrap targets, and will evaluate, prioritize, and justify capital expenditures for process improvement projects. Coordination of automation programs to enhance productivity is also a key responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross functional teams to conduct and implement the Plan for processes DoE and Optimization to meet project cost and schedule objectives.
• Lead the troubleshooting of integrated processes through large process data mapping/analysis and develop solutions.
• Create visibility to key metrics including project status, project funnel, process capability measures, SPC, etc.
• Lead team to achieve financial objectives including yield target and scrap target.
• Evaluate, prioritize and justify capital expenditures to support process improvement projects.
• Coordinate automation programs to drive productivity improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Industrial engineering, Statistical or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in semi-conductor advanced manufacturing process, process data analysis, MLCC fabrication and process related failure analysis preferred.
• Good coordination, facilitation and communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with ceramic capacitor process and characterization, including mylar tape casting, screen printing, firing, viscosity, and ceramic capacitor electrical testing is a plus.
• Familiarity with advanced manufacturing engineering techniques, i.e. D.O.E., JMP, Six Sigma and statistical analysis.
• Experience in project management is required.
• Demonstrated experience deploying lean methodologies and process controls is necessary.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Suite including advanced skills with Microsoft Excel.
