About the position

The role is part of the Product Design team at ServiceNow, focusing on leading large, cross-product initiatives to deliver exceptional product experiences. The designer will collaborate closely with engineering and product management to create innovative user experiences that meet user needs and business objectives. This position emphasizes strategic direction and leadership in design, advocating for design value across the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-product initiatives to deliver world-class product experiences.
• Drive exceptional and innovative end-to-end user experience, design languages, and frameworks across key strategic initiatives.
• Provide strategic direction, vision, and leadership for collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams.
• Share knowledge and expertise to elevate colleagues, teams, and the community of practice.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant design experience.
• BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent.
• Experience designing for artificial intelligence, machine learning, Generative AI, virtual assistants, chat bots, NLU/NLP, LLM, or related fields.
• Experience in producing high-fidelity specifications for product design experiences and frameworks.
• Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
• Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web, or agency).
