About the position

The role is part of the Product Design team at ServiceNow, focusing on leading large, cross-product initiatives to deliver exceptional product experiences. Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-product initiatives to deliver world-class product experiences.
• Drive exceptional and innovative end-to-end user experience across multiple domains.
• Provide strategic direction and vision for collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams.
• Share knowledge and expertise to elevate colleagues and the community of practice.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant design experience.
• Experience designing for artificial intelligence, machine learning, Generative AI, virtual assistants, chat bots, NLU/NLP, LLM, or related fields.
• An inspiring portfolio demonstrating exceptional product design solutions for end-to-end user journeys.
• Experience in producing high-fidelity specifications for product design deliverables.
• Advocate for design value and purpose across the company and externally.
• Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
• BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web, or agency).
