Rivian is seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Staff Program Manager, Business and Digital Strategy, Remarketing to join our team and lead the development and enhancement of our automotive products within the remarketing and sales domain. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction of our automotive offerings, ensuring that they align with the company's mission to keep the world adventurous forever. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for automotive technology, a strategic mindset, and the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams toward achieving product excellence. In this position, you will work closely with various teams, including engineering, design, marketing, remarketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional alignment across strategic efforts aimed at increasing Rivian's new and used vehicle sales. Your ability to communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals will be crucial. You will also align with business stakeholders on requirements and goals associated with each product, facilitating efficient decision-making regarding trade-offs and future improvements. Conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape will be a key part of your role. You will analyze data and insights to make informed decisions and adjust product strategies as necessary. Overseeing the product development lifecycle from concept through production and market introduction, you will need to be dynamic and responsive to business needs, ensuring timely delivery of products that meet quality standards and customer expectations. Gathering feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams will be essential for continuously improving product offerings. As the product champion, you will represent the product vision and value proposition to both external and internal stakeholders, tracking product performance and key metrics to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
