About the position

The Sr. Staff Program Manager for Go-to-Market at Rivian is responsible for leading and coordinating the successful launches of various Rivian products, including new vehicle variants and special editions. This role requires collaboration across multiple teams to ensure seamless execution of product launches in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, focusing on navigating ambiguity and managing complexity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and coordinate the end-to-end go-to-market process for product launches.
  • Collaborate with teams across digital marketing, communications, product management, sales, and training to align on launch strategies, messaging, and execution.
  • Ensure all departments are synchronized for the launch, from the development of marketing materials and digital assets to the coordination of dealership sales tools and training for staff.
  • Identify KPI's for each launch, gather data from teams, and generate reports to assess the success and suggested improvements.
  • Implement best practices in program management and post-launch evaluations to enhance future launches and streamline processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of program management experience, preferably in the automotive or a related consumer-facing industry.
  • Experience coordinating and managing large-scale product launches is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Strong project management tools experience and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse teams and executives.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time.
