About the position

As the Sr. Staff Technical Product Manager, you will oversee products in the Services Contract Financials category, including Clearview CMR and Customer Risk. Your role involves collaborating with product management teams to establish strategic directions, managing product requirements, and ensuring seamless integration across various stakeholders. You will also mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate superior product and industry knowledge to gain a competitive edge.
• Interact with customers/stakeholders for requirements-gathering and product feedback.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features and complex products.
• Collaborate with UX, Architecture, and engineering teams on multiple issues.
• Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews to elaborate on personas.
• Own the release and sprint backlogs for MVPs and quarterly releases.
• Engage frequently with the development team to facilitate discussions and provide clarifications.
• Translate unstructured work requests into actionable user stories.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, or an associate degree with 8 years, or a high school diploma with 10 years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Product Management or IT.
• Strong knowledge of software design and coding principles.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with versatile implementation options.
• Knowledge of technical topics such as caching, APIs, data transfer, scalability, and security.
• Experience in supporting Financial systems, SOX compliance, and Data Analytics/reporting.
