About the position

As the Sr. Staff Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with Logistics stakeholders in Supply Chain to develop the WMS Product roadmap. This role involves creating a strategic direction for development needs and effectively communicating that vision to the build and operations teams. You will prioritize seamless integration and alignment among various stakeholders, including Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Product Owners, and Developers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate superior product and industry knowledge to help the organization gain a competitive edge.
  • Interact with customers/stakeholders for VOC requirements-gathering, prioritization, and product feedback.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features and complex products.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the Oracle WMS technology stack and its impact on the final product.
  • Demonstrate expert persuasion and influencing skills to ensure alignment between customer, product manager, and engineering teams.
  • Own the release and sprint backlogs for MVPs and quarterly releases.
  • Engage frequently with the development team to facilitate discussions, provide clarifications, and contribute to design activities.
  • Translate unstructured work requests into actionable user stories and work units.
  • Partner with Development Leadership to ensure a healthy development process.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership to TPMs across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, or an associate's degree with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, or a High School Diploma with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a STEM field.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Oracle Fusion/WMS Cloud experience.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple business and IT teams to align priorities and influence delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of Supply Chain business processes.
  • Lean practice experience including Kaizens and VSMs.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as SOX and CMMC.
