This role requires a blend of innovative thinking and strong communication skills, as the advisor will mentor team members and contribute to the company's long-term strategy. In this position, the Senior Strategy Engagement Advisor will lead strategy project teams, managing the end-to-end strategy engagement process. This includes scoping projects in collaboration with Corporate Strategy Director leadership, developing storylines, detailing approaches, and managing senior stakeholders across the company. The advisor will set work plans, support team members in designing and executing their workstreams, articulate insights, present recommendations, and provide coaching to team members. The role demands a high level of independence and is seen as a valuable thought partner by leaders across the organization, fostering relationships that extend beyond individual projects. Responsibilities

• Lead strategy project teams, owning the end-to-end strategy engagement.
• Work with Corporate Strategy Director leadership to scope projects and develop storylines.
• Manage senior stakeholders across the company and coordinate engagement with numerous peers and leaders.
• Design, guide, and quality-check quantitative and qualitative analyses performed by project team members.
• Build and maintain a network of relationships across the company at the leader and executive level.
• Support the team in developing insights and recommendations informed by broader business and industry context.
• Coach project team members by providing actionable feedback for their development.
• Own end-to-end project deliverables, including executive-level presentation materials.
• Frequently present findings and facilitate discussions with senior executives to communicate insights and influence perspectives.
• Create and manage a master project workplan, ensuring work drives forward toward the right insights.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Innovator level experience in leading project teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in generating hypotheses and driving work independently.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize analysis to pull out insights.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly through storytelling and partnering with internal and external teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, and Alteryx.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with economic and accounting principles and practices.
