Farnsworth Group is seeking a Sr. Structural Engineer to join our team in Greenwood Village, CO (Denver Tech Center), St. Louis, MO, or Frisco, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer-oriented design and construction services to clients across the nation, particularly in the Western Region. As a Sr. Structural Engineer, you will perform structural analysis and design for various building structures and related systems, including energy and industrial structures. You will be involved in developing construction documents and providing construction administration services, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and meet client expectations. Your role will also include conducting site visits, participating in client meetings, and coordinating with the project team to ensure seamless project delivery. Responsibilities

  • Perform structural analysis and design for building structures and related systems.
  • Perform structural analysis and design for Energy and Industrial structures and related systems.
  • Develop construction documents and provide construction administration services.
  • Conduct site visits and participate in client meetings.
  • Coordinate with the project team to ensure project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
  • Experience in structural analysis and design.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and structural design software.
  • Familiarity with project management principles.
