About the position

The Senior Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing supply chain compliance, procurement systems, and process management within the Supply Chain Services group. This role focuses on enhancing supply chain processes to increase organizational value and reduce compliance risks, while managing a high-performing team of supply chain professionals. The position requires collaboration with various internal stakeholders to develop and implement support and improvement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure supply chain compliance with regulations such as antibribery, chemical management, trade compliance, and Sarbanes Oxley.
  • Manage procurement systems including BaaN 5C, Infor LN, Coupa, and others.
  • Oversee the Supply Chain Quality Management System and process improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, including managers and analysts.
  • Collaborate with internal customers and supply chain leaders to develop improvement strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong knowledge of the Global Supply Chain and best practices in procurement.
  • Experience in purchasing, logistics, manufacturing, and/or engineering preferred.
  • Professional certification in Purchasing and/or Inventory Management preferred (e.g., C.P.M., CPIM, CIRM).
  • Strong understanding of governmental, environmental, political, and geographic factors influencing the supply base.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and leading teams with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or Sponsor experience required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Lean principles in supply chain management.
