The Headlines:
In the role of Senior Supply Chain Performance Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Integrated Business Planning team. You will effectively utilize information systems and business processes to gather and analyze information with recommendations for service and performance improvements.
This position reports to the Manager, Supply Chain Performance Management, and works closely with our Supply Chain team, as well as our cross functional partners throughout the organization.
The Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and publish key performance indicators that monitor and guide the operations and improvement initiatives of our Supply Chain stakeholder partners.
• Implement analytics tools and data visualizations that provide clear, actionable insights into brewery and supply chain performance metrics that support driving long term change.
• Lead initiatives to enhance the usability and functionality of reporting tools, acting as both a governance authority and a training resource for the extended Supply Chain community.
• Proactively engage with internal stakeholder teams to anticipate needs and deliver custom analytical support for special projects and strategic planning efforts.
• Use analytical tools to create insights and provide recommendations for improvement in performance metrics across Integrated Business Planning and Supply Chain. Educates on the metrics and drivers behind the performance results.
• Seeks ways to continuously improve Supply Chain execution results by partnering with key stakeholders to identify data gaps.
• Develops strategies into action plans, sets priorities for others, exerts influence, and makes decisions within limited guidance on behalf of team.
The Other Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Analytics, with a focus on Supply Chain.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Operations, related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience using visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI to transform complex data into clear, impactful business insights.
• Working knowledge of Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis, process improvement, and automation is preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Amazon Web Services, with awareness of how these tools enable advanced analytics at scale.
• Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment focusing on analytics.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale reporting projects, showcasing a deep understanding of complex data environments and strategic report deployment.
• You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
• You are serious about delivering results and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.
• You are a skilled critical thinker focused on driving change; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style and you can equally execute ideas given to you.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Objects and SAP transactional systems and processes.
