About the position

The Senior Supply Chain Program Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing Supply Chain performance at Campbell's. Reporting to the AVP of Productivity and Network Optimization, this position is responsible for structuring workstreams, building project plans, tracking metrics, and communicating program status to stakeholders. The role requires collaboration with various Supply Chain functions and managing team members on projects to achieve program goals.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Supply Chain voice on project teams for commercialization and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other Supply Chain functions to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide robust communication and alignment on project/process in the supply chain.
  • Support Continuous Improvement processes with cross-functional partners and plant teams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and processes for supply chain performance improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure collaboration.
  • Oversee supply chain risk management strategies to minimize integration impact.
  • Present updates on New Product Development and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Drive standardization of supply chain processes and best practices across the organization.
  • Lead complex supply chain projects, defining scope and objectives, and ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain roles, process/project management, or operational strategy.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated management, leadership, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convey insights effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Strong financial background and general business acumen.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
