About The Position
This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities related to the hatching, pulling, vaccinating, and handling of Cobb eggs and chicks. The role emphasizes accuracy in customer egg packing shipments, ensuring quality and effectiveness of hatchery sanitation, and maintaining bio-security procedures. The supervisor will also interpret company policies to team members and support safety programs and training.
