About the position

The Senior Software Engineer - AIOps Developer role focuses on designing and developing innovative solutions to enhance Visa's systems reliability and security. This position involves leveraging AI technologies to analyze and improve operational processes, while also mentoring junior team members and leading key projects within the Reliability Engineering Automation team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support the growth of next-generation software architectures.
• Create scalable real-time low-latency AI processing solutions using agile methodologies.
• Lead the team in AI design, coding, and implementing new algorithms for complex problem-solving.
• Develop AIOps solutions and assist global teams in problem resolution through hands-on participation.
• Conduct technical workshops with cross-vertical technology partners for software development integration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT with advanced web development in Machine Learning and AI for IT operations.
• 3 years of hands-on experience with AIOps technologies like Generative AI, Chatops AI, and NLP models.
• Solid knowledge of programming languages such as Golang, Java, C#, Python, or NodeJS, and web technologies like Angular and HTML.
• Experience in full stack development from REST services to persistence.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of security scanning tools like Checkmarx, Clair, or SonarQube.
• Familiarity with content management concepts and systems.
