About The Position
The Senior System Administrator will be the primary expert and manager for the customer success software, Totango/Catalyst. This role focuses on the ongoing development, customization, and administration of the platform to support the Customer Success Operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software administration for Totango/Catalyst or similar platforms, with responsibilities akin to those of a Senior Salesforce Administrator, and experience with enterprise-level organizations and large customer success teams is highly desirable.
