About the position

The Sr. System Administrator at Eagle Integrated Services, LLC is responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of various systems and applications within the Laboratory Information Management Systems at the Jacksonville Naval Drug Lab. This role requires a strong background in systems administration, particularly with Microsoft and VMware environments, and involves ensuring compliance with security standards and performing troubleshooting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, monitor and support the Laboratory Information Management Systems.
• Administer and configure Microsoft MECM Server, including troubleshooting, documentation, and patch deployment.
• Manage server applications such as Microsoft WSUS, IIS, SQL Server, and others.
• Perform tasks related to Windows OS, including McAfee HBSS administration and Active Directory management.
• Administer VMware and storage systems, ensuring compliance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Handle forensic applications and ensure their proper administration and configuration.

Requirements

• Security Clearance: Secret
• COMPTIA Security + Certificate (Mandatory)
• OS Certificate (Mandatory)
• Extensive experience applying DISA STIG settings to Microsoft Server and Application Environment
• Experience in VMware Administration, HBSS Administration, and Symantec Backup Exec 20
• Knowledge of systems administration concepts, principles, methods, and practices
• Experience with Windows Server and Windows 10 Enterprise environments.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of performance tuning tools and techniques
• Familiarity with network operating systems and enterprise services such as DHCP and PKI.
