About the position

The position involves designing, developing, and implementing technology solutions within various domains such as IT-OT/Engineering, applications, data and analytics, and more. The role requires strong project development skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple assignments and ensuring adherence to corporate IT guidelines while fostering relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement technology solutions in IT-OT/Engineering, applications, data and analytics, and other techno-functional areas.
• Demonstrate project development and implementation experience.
• Communicate effectively and give persuasive presentations using Microsoft Office suite.
• Handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines simultaneously.
• Maintain relationships with IT, engineering, and stakeholder teams to ensure compliance with corporate IT guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Construction, Business, or related field with a minimum of three years of related work experience; or an Associate's Degree with a minimum of five years of related work experience.
• Minimum of three years experience in designing, developing, and implementing technology solutions in relevant domains.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong communication skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

• Understanding of technology solutions and experience delivering reliable, maintainable, reusable, scalable, and extensible business capabilities using technology.
• Experience maintaining relationships with IT, engineering, and stakeholder teams.
• Comfortable with planning scope, budget, cost, vendor, and technical know-how to introduce new technology.
• Good understanding of IT standard policy, processes, and procedures covering software development life cycle, incident, problem, and change management.
