About the position

As a Senior Systems Architect focusing on Workday integration development at Kohler Co., you will play a crucial role in developing integration solutions that align with industry standards. This position involves collaborating with global teams to deliver robust solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organization, while also mentoring junior analysts and establishing best practice guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Workday tools to develop accurate and efficient integrations following industry best practices
• Collaborate with functional teams and user community to investigate gaps between business needs and current system functionality
• Assist with technical system documentation
• Establish and follow set governance processes and procedures
• Direct, schedule, motivate and coordinate the activities of IT, user and vendor personnel
• Mentor junior Analysts in troubleshooting integration issues
• Schedule Workday Integrations
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field required
• Minimum five years of progressively challenging system integration design, build, test, and deployment experience with Workday
• Excellent communication skills to include internal and external communication & documentation

Nice-to-haves

• Workday Pro Studio and Workday Pro Integrations Administration certifications preferred
• Be an active participant in the Workday Community
• Develop strong partnership with Workday Technical Experts
• Collaborate with Workday Technical Support to resolve platform issues related to Integrations
