About the position

The Technical Lead for the Rogue Blue Platform Systems Team will oversee the development and execution of work plans, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders. This role requires a strong background in Agile Scrum methodology and extensive experience with Kubernetes, focusing on mentoring, process improvement, and skillset development within the team.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to develop work plans, including roadmap and milestone development.
• Lead and brief stakeholder meetings on PST productivity, challenges, and project status.
• Complete monthly Contract Data Requirement List reporting covering work delivered, constraints, resources, and highlights.
• Coordinate PST mini teams' sprint work with Cloud, Kubernetes, Linux, and Elastic Architecture.
• Plan and conduct Customer Leadership Meetings.
• Mentor team members and facilitate process improvement initiatives.
• Manage team skillset development.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with a B.S. degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree; 9 years of applicable experience may substitute for a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Must obtain/maintain a DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security +, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP) within 120 days of hire.

Nice-to-haves

• CNCF/Kubernetes certification or experience.
• Experience with VMware, GitLab, Ansible, Docker/Podman containers.
