About the position

The position involves providing Systems Integration and Test support for a mature software system within the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) domain. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration, testing, and deployment of mission-critical software applications. The candidate will also be responsible for developing training materials and documentation for end-users, ensuring operational needs are met through effective communication and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide Systems Integration/Test support to a mature software system including integration, testing, system verification, and end-user training.
• Apply SIGINT knowledge and experience to support customer operators and be willing to support activities at ground sites as required.
• Review customer requirements to fully understand the operational scope of the requirement, deliver valuable feedback to the customer, and provide guidance during the product development to ensure operational needs are met.
• Develop and execute test plans and procedures in order to prepare and assess system readiness both in-plant as well as in the field at customer sites.
• Test and validate the system during the entire product development phase, identifying defects, providing test data for analysis, proposing solutions, and verifying implemented solutions to ensure a quality product is delivered.
• Develop critical end-user documentation/training content and presenting this training material to end-users in the field.

Requirements

• Highly experienced preparing and presenting technical subject matter to a wide variety of audiences.
• Minimum 4+ years experience with systems testing and integration.
• Experience with Tactical Data Link (TDL) reporting and Data Link standards.
• Experience in creating and updating demonstrations, Training and Documentation packages.

Nice-to-haves

• SIGINT operational experience, preferably within the AF DCGS systems.
• Experience with Signal Reconnaissance products (MSCS, RIM, CETS, SEAM, SDE).
• Experience in coordinating with field testing and integration for advanced data link functions.
• Experience with Joint interface Control Cell (JICC)/Air Operations Center (AOC) to designate appropriate message designation for Intel support to the tactical warfighter.
• Experience with Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) to ensure the network can support enhanced capabilities.
